How much approximate time does it take to receive invitations under 190 with a point score of 65 (including state nomination points)?

Under Australia subclass 190, you mandatory need to get a sponsorship/nomination from a state or territory in Australia. To get a nomination/sponsorship from a state/territory, there is no defined procedure.
